Daft Brewing is a one-of-a-kind facility. It’s located in an abandoned auto garage that was converted into a fun, inclusive, and non-pretentious brewery with a focus on beers that are new, unique, and interesting. Daft Brewing Co. is serious about beer, but that’s about it. Their beers, brewery and atmosphere have all been carefully crafted to not blend in with the crowd!

Fine Balance Brewing Company was established in 2020 and is the only brewery in Kingston on the east side of the Cataraqui River. The brewery offers a wide variety of beers but specializes in IPAs and traditional European styles brewed with a modern twist.

Located in charming and historic Downtown Kingston, the Brew Pub is Ontario’s oldest brew pub, established in 1986.

Riverhead was established in June 2017 and focuses on beers that are best paired with outdoor lifestyle and activities. Their beers are adventurously brewed and include lagers, pale ales, IPA, sours and traditional German and Belgian styles. Riverhead is an award-winning brewery, having won several medals from the Ontario Brewing Awards.

Skeleton Park Brewery was established in 2016 and is known for brewing traditional-style beers using old world recipes. In particular, their Heritage Series beers pay homage to the extinct, local brews of Kingston’s past and showcase the area’s mineral-rich waters. In an effort to support other local businesses, the brewery sources ingredients from local suppliers, provides its spent grains to local farmers, and often partners with local restaurants.

Enjoy a bright, tart and dry Gruit that is initially fruity with hints of strawberry on the nose. An apple pie-like body gives way to pear and white grape, finishing with just a touch of bread sweetness. This Gruit uses wild, Ontario-grown Staghorn Sumac that was harvested by hand.
