What’s required to operate an event?
Assemble a roster of interested breweries (ideally 6-12 breweries in a well-defined area)
Choose an event date that works for all breweries (either one or two days over a weekend)
Assign an event manager (acts as liaison with Craft Beer Days to help coordinate the event)
Pay the registration fee ($2,400 per event for up to 6 breweries plus an extra $200 for each additional brewery)
What is covered by the registration fee:
Promotion of the event (print, digital and social media)*
Supply of customized event passports
Participant prizes*
Participant souvenirs
Event supplies (banners, stamps, info sheets)
Post-event results analysis
*Note: Participating breweries are encouraged to assist with promotion and prizes to maximize event success.
