What’s required to operate an event?

      • Assemble a roster of interested breweries (ideally 6-12 breweries in a well-defined area)

      • Choose an event date that works for all breweries (either one or two days over a weekend)

      • Assign an event manager (acts as liaison with Craft Beer Days to help coordinate the event)

      • Pay the registration fee ($2,400 per event for up to 6 breweries plus an extra $200 for each additional brewery)

What is covered by the registration fee:

      • Promotion of the event (print, digital and social media)*

      • Supply of customized event passports

      • Participant prizes*

      • Participant souvenirs

      • Event supplies (banners, stamps, info sheets)

      • Post-event results analysis

        *Note: Participating breweries are encouraged to assist with promotion and prizes to maximize event success.

What can we expect on event weekend?

      • Increased Visitation - Participating breweries in 2019 saw an average of approximately 150 additional visitors during the event compared to an average weekend!

      • Increased Sales - Participating breweries in 2019 experienced sales averaging 20% higher than an average weekend with some breweries seeing increases of more than 50%!

      • New Faces - Approximately half of the visits made to breweries during the 2019 event were by people who had never previously visited that brewery!

      • Lots of Smiles - Participants during the 2019 event rated their enjoyment as 4.8 out of 5!

      • Stronger Community - Participants during the 2019 event visited an average of 5 different breweries!
